Social Hockey

Our social hockey, also known as ‘Back 2 Hockey’ is aimed at players who have been away from the sport and want a gentle re-introduction or those who prefer a less serious/more fun approach to the sport. We do not play any competitive matches but some have moved to playing in our Women's and Men's sides.

Social Hockey sessions occur every Thursday evening between 8pm to 9pm, after which several people finish the evening in a local pub.

All Adults are welcome, its a mixed hockey session for all levels.

The cost is “pay as you play” and is £7.50 per session. Plus a social membership fee of £25 per year (payable September for non-club members). Sessions are required to be booked and paid for via our club app Teamo.

Trimings: 8.00pm to 9.00pm on Thursday evenings at St. Augustine’s (click here for directions). Arrive at 7.45pm to prepare for the session.

Please note: St. Augustine’s has a secure gate requiring a code for access. If you do not know the code, please get in touch with us for details. Players must register in advance due to a cap on the maximum number of participants for enjoyment purposes.
