The system is also used for team selections and player availability.

Social Hockey

Our social hockey, also known as ‘Back 2 Hockey’ is aimed at players who have been away from the sport and want a gentle re-introduction, or those who prefer a less serious/more fun approach to the sport. We do not play any competitive matches but some have moved over to playing in our Ladies and Mens sides.

Social Hockey sessions take place every Thursday evening between 8pm-9pm, after which a number of people finish the evening in a local pub.

All Adults are welcome, its a mixed hockey session for all levels.

The cost is “pay as you play” and is £5.00 per session. Plus a social membership fee of £25 per year. Sessions are required to be booked and paid for via our club app Teamo.

Timing: 8.00pm to 9.00pm Thursday evenings at St. Augustine’s (click here for directions). Arrive at 7.45pm to prepare for the session.

Please note: St. Augustine’s has a secure gate requiring a code for access. If you do not know the code, please contact us for details. Players must register in advance to comply with England Hockey track and trace procedures.
