Our Commitment to Inclusion We are proud to welcome members from all backgrounds. To ensure sport is accessible to everyone, we offer Financial Assistance for those who need it. Every application is reviewed confidentially by our Management Committee to provide support based on individual circumstances.
Criteria for qualification for financial assistance:
All members use the Club App to share their availability and attendance at training, fixtures and Club events.
Teamo provides us with our own app and GDPR compliant communications platform that allows members to keep up-to-date with everything at the Club. Once registered, members will have an app to update availability for fixtures/training/social events, chat with teammates and coaches, pay memberships, match fees and much more. The system is also used for team selections and player availability.

Junior Membership Fees for Competition Season (Autumn and Spring Term)
As hockey is a winter sport, the competition season runs throughout the Autumn and Spring Terms.
All renewal subscriptions are payable by the 30th September via our Teamo app. In the event of late payment, ie after 30th September an administrative charge of £20 will be added to your membership fees. In addition, any subscriptions not paid by 31st October will make the member ineligible for team selection.
Summer (Off-Season) Hockey Membership
There is an additional membership charge for players wishing to continue hockey during the Summer Term. Junior Summer Hockey fees can be found here.

Welcome to Ealing Hockey Club. We have prepared a handbook for parents and guardians to explain how our Junior section functions and answer any questions you might have about hockey at Ealing.

The Game Management System (GMS) is England Hockey's new system to record all hockey matches in England. It is designed to hold all club team and player records as well as game data entered by the team captains or managers.
How to register on GMS:
1. Go to https://gms.englandhockey.co.uk/
2. Click “Register”
3. Choose "Player" or “Parent / Guardian”
4. TYPE your email address. (DO NOT use autofill. The form does not recognize your email address and will not send a verification code.)
5. Wait for the Verification Code
6. Once received, TYPE the verification code into the field. DO NOT “Copy & Paste” as instructed. This does not work.
7. Click “Proceed”
8. Complete the form by typing in your details. You will also be asked to set a Password.
9. The Club will need to approve your registration but in the meantime you can start completing your profile and adding your dependents.
10. Go to https://gms.englandhockey.co.uk/
11. “Log in” using your email address and recently set password.
12.Follow the steps shown in pages 5 to 8 of the GMS Training Document available at https://www.englandhockey.co.uk/play/gms-player This is a dowloadable PDF on the right hand side of the screen.
13.Please note, parents and guardians who have already set up a GMS account can add other children by following the steps listed in point 12. You do not need to register for another account.
